More Travel Tips!..

Well folks, today is the day.

We are en route to Fiji.

We’ve spent our time at the tanning salon, burning our pasty white Canadian Butts and have the swim suits packed.

After a quick overnight at the L.A. airport we will be well rested for our 10 hour flight on Air Pacific. This is the only airline that flies to Fiji, so we are expecting great things. We will be in transit for a couple of days so we won’t be able to give you updates, but as soon as we settle in at the Pearl Fiji Resort, we will let you know what is in store for the next week in Paradise.

It was revealed to us that we will be staying at Fiji’s Adventure Capital, Pacific Harbour. We even have our own photostream at Tourism Fiji’s Flickr account. That is just way too cool!

They also revealed that we will be staying at the Pearl Fiji. It is surrounded by water and it offers one of Fiji’s longest stretches of beach. One of our favourite things to do is to take a sunset walk after a day of adventure.

So What does Tourism Fiji Have in Store for Us?

Tourism Fiji has slotted us in for a zipline adventure over the jungle canopy and a mountain bike tour around the island. We will have a chance to snorkel and jet ski and it looks like we will be having a lot of leisure time to relax, go to the spa and enjoy the beach.

Culture is in the cards too! The arts village and cultural centre located opposite the resort has some of the best shows that Fiji has to offer. I hope that we will be able to catch an evening show on the beach.

After spending a few days exploring Pacific Harbour and staying at The Pearl South Pacific, we will be moving on to the Outrigger on the Lagoon. It simply looks like heaven.
